His lips parted and his eyes grew wide at the falling of a shooting star and he wondered what would happen to the shadow of that star. She stood in the fields behind her house and sighed a tremendous lament to see the falling of a shooting star. She wondered idly if perhaps it wasn't a sign from God or if it was just a science formed by the shadow of a star. They met underneath a throw blanket of stars knitted billions of years ago by a force they couldn't quite understand.
